Waiter client
Android tablet
Any 8"–13" Android tablet or phone. Take orders at the table, split and merge tabs, take payment where the guest is sitting.
SaQ POSPoint of sale · Restaurants · Cafés · Fast food · Retail
SaQ POS takes the order at the table, fires the ticket to the right kitchen printer, collects payment by bank card, cash or stored-value card — and posts every tenge straight into your sales, stock and staff reports. No end-of-day re-typing.

Clients & hardware
Staff carry a tablet to the table or stand at a counter terminal. Both run the same app, against the same live data — an order started on the tablet can be paid at the counter.

Waiter client
Any 8"–13" Android tablet or phone. Take orders at the table, split and merge tabs, take payment where the guest is sitting.

Counter client
All-in-one touch terminal for the till: a wide, dense layout built for speed at the counter, with an optional second screen facing the guest.

Peripherals
Standard 58/80 mm thermal printers over the network — one for guest receipts, one per production unit for kitchen tickets.
Cart
The cart is the waiter's working surface: quantities, gifts, notes and the running total, always visible above the checkout button.
Plus and minus on every line, a per-line total, and clear-all when a guest changes their mind.
Tap the gift icon and the line goes to ₸0 — the original price stays struck through on the bill and the giveaway is counted separately in reports, so comps never hide inside discounts.
Table, guest, waiter and notes fold out under the lines — no separate screen to hunt for.
Second round? Add to the open order on that table and only the new lines print in the kitchen.

Payments
Payment methods are yours to configure — each one posts to its own account, so the daily reconciliation is done before the shift is closed.
Add one payment button per bank or terminal you work with. Reports break the day down by method.
Counted against the cashier's shift, with an opening and closing balance per shift.
A written-off check, authorised by a manager and posted to its own account instead of vanishing from the numbers.
Sell a card, top it up, and spend it at the till. Balance is held as a liability until it is redeemed, so a sold card is never booked as revenue twice.
Half card, half cash, the rest on a gift card — one check, several payment lines.

Languages
The flag in the top bar switches the whole interface — instantly, per user, on the same device. A Kazakh-speaking waiter and a Chinese-speaking chef share one till without sharing one language.
No reinstall, no admin, no restart. The choice is remembered per user on that device.
Receipt and kitchen-ticket wording is translated as well, so the guest slip and the chef's ticket each read in the right language.

Orders
Two tabs — unpaid and paid — searchable by invoice number or guest, filtered by date. Each row carries who served it and from which till.
The unpaid tab is the floor's to-do list: what is still running, on which table, for how much.
Search by invoice number or guest name, jump to a date, and see the payment method on the row itself.
Date, time, POS profile and the cashier who took it are stamped on every order — including merged and split checks.
Open the order, print the receipt again — a guest asking for their slip an hour later is a two-tap job.

Guests
Adding a guest takes about fifteen seconds and one phone number. From then on their spend, their points and their birthday are yours to work with.
Name, mobile, gender, date of birth and a membership plan — created on the spot, without leaving the sale.
Points accrue on qualifying spend and come off the next check as a payment — the balance travels with the guest, not with the device.
Search by name, phone or email; attach the guest to the check before it is closed.
A SaQ Card can be tied to a guest, so a lost plastic card doesn't mean a lost balance.

Tables
Tables are grouped by area — main hall, terrace, takeaway — with seat counts and a colour-coded state. Every waiter sees the same picture at the same moment.
Filter to just the state you care about, with a live count on each tab.
Mark a table as reserved so it stops being offered to the next party through the door.
A party moves to a bigger table, or two tabs become one bill — the order follows, and the merged check keeps both histories.
Settle the check and the table returns to Available for the next seating, automatically.

Kitchen tickets & service modes
You never tell the app which printer to use. You tell it once which item groups belong to the bar, the grill and the cold kitchen — after that, every order routes itself.
From the tablet at the table, or from the counter terminal. On a second round only the new lines are sent.
Each item carries its group — Drinks, Grill, Salads. If a group has no rule of its own, the parent group's rule applies, so a new dish inherits routing on the day it is created.
Bar, hot kitchen, cold kitchen, bakery — one ticket per unit, containing only the lines that unit has to cook, with the table and time on top.
If a printer is offline the order is not lost: the job is queued and retried, and the kitchen still has the order on screen. A jammed printer never means uncooked food.
The dish goes out, payment is collected on the same check, the table frees itself and the numbers land in today's report.

Order first, pay at the end. The classic table-service flow, and the default.
OrderKitchenServePay
Pay first, then the kitchen fires. Nothing is cooked that hasn't been paid for.
OrderPayKitchenCollect
Pick from the shelf, pay at the gate. Retail checkout with no kitchen leg at all.
ScanPayReceipt
Back office
Cards, shifts, staff, menus, purchases and reporting live behind the same login — on the same tablet, under the “More” tab. No separate back-office laptop, no separate password.
Issue cards in batches, top up at the till, check a balance, freeze a lost card, and run promotional top-ups that add bonus value.
Open and close the shift with a manager PIN, see who was on it, and review the history — cash counted, sales taken, differences visible.
Staff clock in on a registered device, today's punches can be corrected with a trail, and payroll is calculated from the attendance that actually happened.
Create menus per branch and type, move items between categories, change a price, take a dish off sale — from the tablet, mid-service.
Enter a supplier invoice as a draft, submit it when the delivery is checked, and let it post the stock entry that puts goods into the warehouse.
Today, yesterday, a week, a month or a custom range — headline numbers first, then the breakdowns worth arguing about.

Stock
Stock value by warehouse, what is ageing on the shelf, what has hit zero, and what will hit zero this week — with a low-stock alert list you can act on before service.
Filter to one warehouse or look across all of them at once.
Counted and surfaced on the first screen, not buried three reports deep.

Pricing
POS systems here are licensed per terminal, and so is this one. The difference is what the licence carries: five phones or tablets for your floor staff, included with every till. Every plan runs on our servers, with hosting, updates, backups and defect fixing.
30 000 ₸first terminal · per month
Each additional till 21 000 ₸ — 30 % off · 5 phones or tablets with every licence
A café, bar or takeaway coming off paper tickets and a calculator.
55 000 ₸first terminal · per month
Each additional till 38 500 ₸ — 30 % off · 5 phones or tablets with every licence
A restaurant that needs to know what its food actually costs.
85 000 ₸first terminal · per month
Each additional till 59 500 ₸ — 30 % off · 5 phones or tablets with every licence
Several venues, or one running gift cards and staff time tracking.
Your waiters' devices are not separate licences here. Most systems in this market charge for each mobile station as well as each till — put four waiters on tablets and you are billed four more times. Here you are not. Beyond the included five, extra staff devices are 5 000 ₸ each; guest tablets are priced separately, with guest mode.
How it adds up
Hosting, updates, backups and support are in every line below. Nothing else is metered.
| What you run | Per month |
|---|---|
| Small café — Start, one till, 3 phones | 30 000 ₸ |
| Restaurant — Business, two tills, 9 phones and tablets | 93 500 ₸ |
| Large restaurant — Business, three tills, 18 phones and tablets | 147 000 ₸ |
| Tablet on every table — Business, two tills, guest mode, 20 guest tablets | 138 500 ₸ |
| Three branches — Business, two tills each, second and third branch −30 % | 224 400 ₸ |
What it replaces: the daily loop of asking a manager or a bookkeeper what yesterday looked like, and waiting until tomorrow for the answer. Business starts at 55 000 ₸ a month and reports itself — live, from your phone, wherever you are.

Guest mode
A tablet in Guest Mode is a locked electronic menu. Guests browse dishes with photos, build their own order and hand the tablet back; a staff member confirms it and the kitchen ticket prints. It is the same order a waiter would create — same invoice, same KOT, same reports.
Guest Mode survives a restart, and the only way back to the staff screens is a manager PIN behind a hidden gesture. Your sales figures and settings stay out of reach.
A guest switches the tablet to Қазақша, English, 中文 or Русский and orders without needing the waiter to share their language.
Nothing reaches the kitchen unconfirmed. A staff member picks the table, confirms with their PIN, and the order is recorded against their name.
Edit the menu in the back office and every tablet shows it on the next order. No design, no printing, no out-of-date cards on the table.
Further guest tablets are 2 500 ₸ each — half a staff device, because a guest tablet is locked to Guest Mode and cannot send an order to the kitchen on its own.
AI assistant · coming soon
It reads the data your venue already produces — every sale, every recipe, every shift — and answers in the language you asked the question in. Kazakh, English, Chinese or Russian.
“What was my food cost last week?” “Which dishes lost money in July?” No report to find, no analyst to ask.
Yesterday against the same day last week, average check, payment mix, best and worst dishes — before you reach the venue.
One waiter issuing four times more comps than the team, voids clustered at the end of a shift, cash that does not match the till.
From real consumption and your recipes: what to buy, how much, and what runs out before Friday service.
Every dish scored on margin against popularity, and a straight answer on which ones to reprice, re-cost or drop.
Rosters and clock-ins compared with sales by hour, so you can see which shifts are carrying too many people.
Getting started
Flat fees, nothing counted per item. You prepare the data in our template, we load it and switch the venue on.
| Service | Price |
|---|---|
| System setup and activation — venue, POS profile, payment methods, printers mapped to kitchen sections, user accounts | 60 000 ₸ |
| Item import — up to 500 items | 40 000 ₸ |
| Recipe (BOM) import — up to 150 recipes | 50 000 ₸ |
| Opening stock import — up to 500 items | 30 000 ₸ |
| Staff training session — up to 4 hours, remote | 30 000 ₸ |
| Staff training session — up to 4 hours, on site in Astana or Almaty | 40 000 ₸ |
| On site outside Astana or Almaty | + travel at cost |
You provide the data, we import it. We send you a template for each import — items, recipes, opening stock. You fill it in, and we load exactly what you send. We check that the file imports cleanly; we do not check whether a price, a recipe or a quantity is right. Those are your business decisions and only you can confirm them. If an import fails for a technical reason we re-run it at no charge. If the data itself needs changing afterwards, that is paid work at the support rate.
Hardware
Buy it from us or bring your own — the software runs on standard Android devices and standard network thermal printers.
The Print Bridge is the small box that connects your kitchen printers to the system. The 4G router is what keeps the kitchen printing when the venue’s internet drops.

How we tell the difference: if the problem happens again when the data is entered correctly, it is our defect and we fix it free of charge. If it came from data entered incorrectly, or it is a change you would like made, it is paid work. We will always tell you which one it is before we start.
All prices in tenge (₸) per month. A till licence is tied to one registered POS terminal. Hardware, travel and additional venues are quoted separately.
Next step
We will load your dishes, your prices, your payment methods and your kitchen stations, and show you a full service — order, ticket, payment, close, report — before you commit to anything.
