Vehicle Service runs a car repair shop from check-in to keys: repair orders, inspections, estimates, parts and payments in one system, made for Kazakhstan.
Inspector, mechanic, storekeeper, cashier, manager and owner each work on their part of the same repair order.
Repair orders and check-in
Each car gets a repair order, numbered per branch. The acceptance act records fuel, keys, equipment, damage and photos, and the car's owner signs it.

Inspections
Inspection templates for each vehicle class mark parts red or yellow by measured limits. A red item asks for a photo and can be added straight to the estimate.
Estimates and documents
Labour is priced as hours times the rate for the car's class, parts by a markup matrix. Estimates, acts of completed work and invoices print in Kazakh and Russian.
Telegram bot for mechanics
Mechanics tap Start, Done, More Work Found or Keys Handed Over in Telegram. Staff link their accounts with a QR code.
Parts and stock
Purchase requests that a manager approves, purchase orders, stock counts and marked goods.
Payments
Record payments by cash, card, Kaspi QR or bank transfer, and refunds. Company customers can pay on account.
Reports
Open repair orders, estimate approvals, average order value, technician pay, company customer balances, the cash desk day and stock on hand.
